Eureka Forbes Water Purifier AMC – Review

Customer id – 1008307733 Aquaguard Total Sensa under AMC with Eureka forbes starting 24th June 2013 for 2 years. I have paid INR 8620 towards this AMC. Equipment is out of order since 15th Apr and we have put complaint multiple times but no resolution of problem. All the complaints are closed without anyone visiting for repair. Service engineer visited only once in last 2.5 months after multiple complaints and phone calls but did not rectify the problem. No response and no rectification of problem.

Want Aqua guard to immediately refund my AMC payment + Cost of equipment + INR 10K spent on buying water as I am not willing to continue any relationship with Eureka Forbes. I would like to buy water purifier from some other company. Please help. Water is a basic need and Eureka Forbes has got a very casual approach towards customers.
