I have recharged with Idea Cellular 2G data pack of Rs. 95 on 26th June for which I have been given 1.5 GM data with validity of 30 days. I used data service on the same data and been charged from the data plan. Now on 27th my net didn’t worked. I called cc they also were not of any help. On 28th they told I have no balance in main a/c so Im not able to surf net. I was surprised as the main account had Rs 1.17 a day before. Anyhow I top up my a/c with Rs. 110. Now net worked. Upon disconnecting net I saw I have been charged Rs. 54 from my main balance. When I called Idea cc I talked with two executives and they both said me different things. One said no such promotional message (1.5 GB data in Rs 95 for validity 30 days) has sent to your no. The fact is she was completely lying (I have company sms as proof). The second told me that you have deactivated the plan on 27th by dialing *800 (some no.) and we won’t refund you. This again is not true. This has happened couple of times (Rs. 5 loss one time, 2 GB 3G data loss another time and Rs. 20 & 50 against game downloading) before too, every time the executives behave irresponsibly and have no solution. The company gives misinformation about plans.

I demand to be compensated for The loss amount 449+260=(709/-)
