I have registered a complaint with TATA WIMAX Services – DELHI on MARCH-11th – Complaint Number 9073010. I must have called a dozen times w.r.t complaint but its still not resolved.
The customer care opened another complaint and when I ask what has happened, they say that backend team is still investigation. How long do they want to investigate a complaint ?
Additionally, TATA tells me Welcome to CareTouch Privileged Customer Access Line and this is the fate. I wonder how are thy treating normal customers. if you function like this, you are sure to start losing customers like me.
AND I WILL NOT SUGGEST TO ANYONE 2 GO FOR TATA WIMAX CONNECTION.
