Sales executive said installation within 4 days of application. Installation guys showed up on 7th dayand after lot of phone calls iI made to 60607070 that too only with a box sort of antennae no pole to mount it on. I have registered a complaint with TATA WIMAX Services – DELHI on MARCH-11th – Complaint Number 9073010. I must have called a dozen times w.r.t complaint but its still not resolved.
The customer care opened another complaint and when I ask what has happened, they say that backend team is still investigation. How long do they want to investigate a complaint ?
