Sales executive said installation within 4 days of application. Installation guys showed up on 7th dayand after lot of phone calls iI made to 60607070 that too only with a box sort of antennae no pole to mount it on. Could not find sufficient signal strenth on top of my two storey high building (old building with 17 feet ceiling ie, 17 X 2 =34 feet from street level. reason sighted by them was presence of other buildings.Now what did they expect in a city? agricultural land ? Now let me describe the position of my building. It is on CIT road in Kolkata. Anybody familiar with Kolkata will know it is a six lane Main street in a planned area of proper central Kolkata near Park Circus. Now if they cant find signal on main street like CIT Road I dont know where they will get it , may be on MT Everest. So my aplication was cancelled.
