VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR, NOT ISSUING PASS BOOK , NOT ACCEPTING KYC FORM, NOT UPDATING LINK LPG ADHAAR

my consumer no for indane gas is 9246.We have been facing lot of problem with this service provider for supplying of indane gas agency they behave very rude, they do not accept KYC form for updating details, they have not issued pass book yet inspite of visiting for the past 5 months, they do not update the adhaar link with the gas agency and bank yet inspite of submitted the form thrice. i have lodge the complain directly with the indane gas but no development yet nor any body called us complain reference no 927175 we find it here lot of discrepancies regarding supply of gas without checking the delivery address. pls kindly look into this matter and resolve out issue

as per the govt instruction it is now mandatory to link the adhaar lpg link with the bank to get subsidy directly where has here agencies are not properly trained or not properly educated hence this policy is not getting update on regular basis at the end customer face the problem

I want my pass book to issue, i want my adhaar link with the LPG with the bank.
