Hi I bought a Videocon tab on last DEC now it has a problem with charging . I produce my tab on villivakkam service center on 6thmarch, I had very bad experience with your service centre they are not responding my calls not even a single time finally I go 2 the service centre to ask them what is the status of my tab in that time only they r inform it will be take one week …2day I got a call from service centre they inform me ur tab is ready I get back my tab I come back home and checked it the problem is not cleared…..then after again call them they not responding my call worst customer service
