My license no. 5430090 for life part with LIC of India got expired on 02.06.2012, I am requesting them since 03.03.2014 to remove my life part from their IRDA portal to enable me to renew my GIC IRDA licence wich is also getting expire on 14.03.2014 but they are not responding to my request saying that concern person Sr. Divisional Manager is not available & further may not come to office for one week so don’t call us for one week from now onwards as nothing can be done without his concern. I ahve already submitted them recommandation letter of Branch Manager & Development Officer to whome I was reporting & which was required by them but even after getting their requirement still they don’t respond to me in a proper way & I am told by Mr. Sunil Pipariya is giving false information & further informed me that not to call ofiice for further one week & not responding to my phone call. In this regard I have spoken to Mr. Himanshu in sales but during the discussion he provoked me to go to either IRDA or High Court, Chairman, Director wher ever I feel like. Inspite of solving the problem if senior officer of his cadre will talk to us like this then to whome shall we speake to? My concern was only to remove Life part from expired IRDA Licence 5430090 & for which recommandations are also provided of concern authority.
