Hi, I bought a videocon 1.5 tom split ac 2014 model yesterday i.e. 25/06/2014. Firstly after being paid complete amounnt the product was delivered to me 5 hours late. and when product installed the suprisingly technician said ‘the compressor doesn’t have any gas may be its a faulty compressor’ i paid an extra amount to get the gas filled. the ac worked for only an hour showed a error of E6 and the whole gas was released. since then i have been trying to approach the dealer-distributor-service center but everbody blames each other and i am left with a bullshit product tagged in my office. n after a great disappointed i came through your website n had a ray of hope. please help me out with it ASAP.

I Paid an extra amount of 1800 for gas refiling coz the product didn’t come with gas unfortunately. along with it i spent my whole day roming from dealer’s office to distributors.

i want my compressor to be replaced ASAP coz it didnt even worked for a single day or should say an hour.
