we have purchase videocon split Air Conditioner model VS 533, S.No. IN 09944 OUT 11628 from RITU Electronics (Address : C-4, Madhur Milan Appartment, Near Petrol Pump, Opp. Garnala, Nirnaynagar, Ahmedabad-382481) on dated 17/9/2013. they did not any service porvided us after the purchas videocon AC. air conditioner is not working properly from 13/5/2014. we called to Mr. Sanjaybhai of Ritu Electonics for comlaint of AC. He gave me videocon company service station phone number : 079- 27620003. we called for service to videocon company ph. No. 079-27620XXX on 15/5/2014 the said withing 3 days we will service your AC. then after we called from last five days to videocon company service center for service our AC. we are suffering from last 8 days. there is no any technician came our place. so, please take action on responsible person through our complaint. and do oblige. Thanking You
