Unfortunately, your product has not performed well so complain to Videocon service center and Engineer reach at my hone and doing job in unprofessional way and same part damaged by your Service Engineer. I am disappointed because Company do not respond i am trying to connect manager but they are not respond.
1. regulater not working 2. grip do not proper fit. 3. different screw fit. 4. few screw not install. 5. lose wire inside of cooler. 6. lock damage.
