I recharged my d2h on 13th ,but they didn’t recharged my account and told me to return money back to my account.But no refund was given . Today i got my account recharged from a shop and the recharge was successful on their server but again company has not recharged my product.! Both the tomes they have digested my money and i am getting frustrated over their service! One time on-line and other time through a shop ,how can both the times recharges are successful but money is not credited on,my d2h!

Get my d2h recharged asap and refund my money which they have taken from,on-line (debit card)
