I am using videocond2h from last one month and facing issue with service on daily basis. I called then 3 times in a month but issues are sill there. Some time channels got mis matched, picture got freezed, picture is there without sound every time I have to reset setup box to fix it some time it works. I called videocond2h yesterday I don’t want to use your services anymore with this kind of issues and ask to refund my money back. They refused to give my money back and treated like they are my boss and I am his servant.

Either they will guarantee me to provide uninterrupted service for a year or refund my money back. I don’t what to call them every week and wait for their engg. at home to fix the issue.
