Videocon D2H – irresponsibility towards technical problem

There was a software update from the server end after my screen has gone blank on13th march I called customer care at least 5 times. They lodged 2 complaints. On 14 march I called customer care they said my complaints are closed. I was jot even contacted by the service engineer .more over they say they will charge from me for the engineers visit consumer id 86420700

I have subscribed hd pack from last 2 days Iam paying with out getting th. Service. Iam being questioned buy my 4 yr old son. About his cartoon channels. I spent the whole day after the customer care. I received improper responses from them. I felt emotional harassment .felt helplessness. This is my last hope after that I have to curse my fate for living in this country and this system

Free of cost remedy to the problem. Reimbursements of the balance cut on those day when I didn’t get any service. Regret from the service provider for the difficulties I faced only due to the updates from there end
