purchased one 42 Inc LED with Inbuilt on 12.12.2013 with one year warranty period. The cost of the LED was Rs. 38000/-. My remote is not working since last one week, i registered my complaint with company customer care no 07355873558 ten times. Every time they are giving promise to sort out my problem with in 2 hours. My Customer ID No is. 109001624 and my complaint nos are 227027xxx and 227264xxx. Please take an action against this type of company which are not providing satisfactory service to their customers

Please take an action against the company service. They are cheating to the customer and please ask to the company if they are not in position to give service please take back my LED and return my money.
