Please note that I have made the online recharge of Rs.270/- as on today, but the same is not reflecting in my account. Kindly find the email attached which I received for my transaction alert.
To get the same addressed I had called your customer care 07355873558 at 3:11 pm and spoke to your executive but your executive was not at all customer centric. I kept on saying that transaction has been done by me and have recd SMS and email for the same and need to know whom to contact with regards to the issue, but he didn’t helped me in that and kept talking on top of his voice. So please have it addressed. Kindly resolved my recharge issue as money has been deducted from card and the same is not reflecting in D2H account.
