Videocon D2H Service Error Messages Not Attended by Customer Care

I have been using Videocon D2H set top box since 6-7 months. My Customer Id is 90654403. From last month D2H used to give the Error 118, due to which the Set Top Box shut downs automatically and I have to restart it from the main switch to resume the service. When I called the customer care service, they sent a Technician for the resolution of this complaint. The Technician found the issue in the D2H set top box and replaced with a new one. But the new D2H was more defective and it was keep on restarting since the time it was replaced. So the Techie Guy said that he doesn’t have a spare one and he will come the next day. He didn’t came the next day and never picked the phone. And I got a sms from Videocon D2H Customer Care that the issue has been resolved. I am following with the Videocon D2H Customer Care every day and they keep on say that the technician will visit my home but no technician has visited my home for resolving this issue.
