Videocon D2H – South Silver pack not activated

Name : sarath chandra State : ANDHRA PRADESH City : vijayawada Email ID : sarath.vja@gmail.com Mobile : 92460511xxxCustomer ID : 90180590 Dear Sir I am very sad to bring your notice that unfortunate incident happened to me by videocon dth . on feb 2013 I purchased sansui led television with videocon dth connection. i got one year dth services along with new purchase. after completion of one year ON 24th feb 2014 after online verification i approached customer care and decided to recharge for with south silver package for Rs.2100 per anum, customer care staff clearly said i would get additional around 40Days of additional validity. after Successful payment i informed to customer care staff about my transaction. they assured my dth connection recharged for a period of one year. after physical verification in my dth account., i did not get any information about my validity etc., i approached customer care on 12th march to complain on this issue but the customer care staff replied its a technical error, and they assured my account recharged for south silver pack for an amount of Rs.2100 Details of call Data. 12-Mar-2014 15:44:58 7355873558 04:42 2.50., After this conversation once again i approached to videocon customer care on 19th march 2014. they assured my connection successfully recharged for one year. call details 1 19-Mar-2014 13:27:47 7355873558 10:20 5.50 on 13th july i got calls from IVRS calls from the Following numbers +911148358500 and +9111489546000 saying my account will stop services from 14th july onwards. Then approached to customer care @7355873558.., after several times requesting the telecallers., one person saying his name viswanadh once and@ krishna, supervisor of BPO contacted me from mobile numbers 9035065xxx,9035065xxx said that my account didn’t recharged for south silver pack and i didn’t called to videocon dth customer care in febraury 2014. after verifying my call lists i called to customer care and confirmed about my contact with videocon customer care. Hence I would like to Bring your notice ., its purely Disturbance to me and violation of customer rights. i hope the problem will be resolved earliest. With Warm regards Sarath Chandra

i recharged for one year dth services.i paid an amount of Rs.2100 which meant for south silver packages annual subscription. additionally i have to get bonus period of validity as they promised in febraury 2014. which means i have to get dth services until april 2015.
