Videocon D2H – Volume control problem Engineer Visit Charges

My customer ID in videocon D2H is 94694542, I am customer from 1year 3 months with High package New south platinum HD. I called to customer care 3 times on 19th of Aug, regarding Volume control problem that happens only for HD Channals. In the first 2 calls, they reset my setup box and in the 3rd call, they told that an engineer will be sent for which Rs.150 will be charged. In the same call, I have told them that I dont want to pay Rs.150 and need not want any engineer to walk-in to my home. But in spite of that they have took the complaint. Later next day, I got a call from local Videocon office and I told the same, that I dont want to pay Rs.150 which was mentioned to the Customer care in the call. From the mobile number 9500181509 of the engineer called me for 3 days continuously, I disconnected the call. on the forth day, he cam to my home, I told the same , that I will not pay Rs.150, So he walked away with out doing any of the service. After 10 days, on 28-Aug-2014, I got a message that my service is suspended as I have to pay Rs.300 for engineer charges. I called to customer care on 8:00A.M. of 28-Aug-2014 and the call is transferred to Senior officer who agree that Rs.300 is wrong amount that has be charged twice and she informed me that this will get solved on the same day. But it haven’t. So I called again, I spoke to some other senior and he gave told me 1 day. Like that every time I call, it is postponing and my service is not yet active till now. With my previous recharge on 5th of July, I can view TV till 6th of Sept 2014, but it is not happening. I spoke to 17 different customer care executives in which 6 are Seniors and each time the call goes around 40 mins. The answers from the people is same, that it will get solved in few hours or a day. Firstly, why the complaint has raised, even when I said that I am not ready to pay the charges. second, why it is charged twice, every senior I spoke say that charging twice is wrong, but they are not returning Rs.150 in to the account and resume the service and then follow up for the other Rs.150. I can’t still view the channels because of this. Answers from the customer care as below, we will charge, if the complaint is raised, but I told that the engineer is not required in the call of 19th Aug. I asked them to hear the tape that are recorded. I do not know, why it is taking this much time to that as everything is clear.

I want my service to be resumed. With reversal of Rs.300 to my account. In normal, I can view the channels till 6-Sep-2014, I want this also to be adjusted accordingly based on the date the service will be resumed.
