Videocon D2H Weak Signal – No Customer Care

9-12-2014 I requested Videocon D2H for someone to be sent over as the signal went off due to construction at our house.i called helpline no 73558735xxxand a request was raised ref 28836393 I was assured help within 24 hrs, this was the beginning following complaints 267842860,268023799,268023799,268346875 were raised with the same promise finally I spoke to the manager and told him not to raise complaint but to raise matter internally but today is 10th day & we are still no were.our tel number has been confirmed thousand times & there was not disturbance any were due to which the engineer could not come.please please help.

We took the service to get connected to the world and get entertained but these days have been torture as if we are cut off from the world even though we have paid to the service.
