Dear sir I have a complaint to Svaiza.com make against the above glass top stove. This morning when I was making bartha there was a Big Bang and the glass top was ripped and the glasses were sent around the room. I would like to take this up further with BIS and other agencies and consumer forum as to how safety was compromised in passing this design. I request a thorough inquiry as to how such unsafe stove can be approved to be used in kitchen. I also understand that these type of accidents have occurred in the past. I want justice. I want such glass top stoves should be stopped from selling as this is a big safety hazard.
