Kind Attention: Videocon mobile A22 —Still not received the DOA from you service centre day by day late not proper response with reference regarding received defective mobile –we bought a videocon A22 mobile from Shop clues online shopping but we have recieved the defective mobile as camera defective so justsame day I call shop clues customer care and complaint lodge (complaint no 734687) shop clues advise going to videocon service centre while legaly replacement my mobile which already sending me defective product..now we went to videocon service centre…we have given the full kit mobile to vidiecon service centre day by day late not response and not respond shop clues ….not proper way solution customer query by shop clues …pls taken action against shop clues complaint This is reference with regarding received defective product mobile Videocon 3G A22 but Shop clues not help me it is wrong way online selling company initial sending defective product to customer when your responsibility client will receive ok product but your deficiency service the customer direct returning to you as per initial defective product not you advice customer going to service centre why customer going to service centre the received defective product my bad experience with shop clues and also other company Homeshop18 direct returning product as this type defective product his courier man come and carry on defective product our address….
