My Videocon D2h Customer id no 60025045 has been non functional since 04 jun2015 and complaint regarding same was lodged immediately (work order Nos : 33247409 dt 04 jun,304146631 dt 06 jun,304318395 dt 07 jun,305256159 dt 10 jun).The complaint was attended only after around 10 days and set top box was replaced.However it also has been non functional since the day it was installed.It did not work even for an hour.Again complaint was lodged(complaint no 33582872 dt 15 jun,306476494 dt 16 jun,33814949 dt 22jun).However again inspite several calls for last 10 days there has been no response to the complaint though everyday false assurances are given by the customer care representatives and supervisors that complaint will be addressed within hours.

Rs 1500.00 were paid in advance for replacement of set top box which has been non functional.It is the mental agony that we are going through as the complaint is not being attended to.
