Establishing Airtel Broadband Connection Bengaluru

I had airtel broadband connection which i took in febuary 2015 and my account no for connection is 7018348826. when i took the connection i had done advance payment 7860 which was valid for 6 month as due to some reason i had to shift new address in same city so before shifting only i have asked all details form Airtel like connection is present in same area or not and also as i have done advance payment so can i use my connection there with my remaining validity or not and once they confirmed me with yes every thing then i requested for shifting my connection to new address that i did on 29th may 2015 and first message i got on same day with there reference number “5614218” saying shifting will be done in next 5 days which didn’t happen so i called again on 4th of june and same thing they again taken the request and i got message saying related shifting of your airtel broadband connection will be processed in next 5 days.

On the next 5th of june i got call from their engineer and he told me that there is some issue form Airtel end and we can not provide the connection right now it can be done after 2 to 3 month only so he asked me with which option do you want to go want to wait or want to go for cancellation as again i clearly asked if i am going with cancellation as i can not wait for upto that time will i get my remaining ammount that time he said you will get a call from Airtel Billing department and according to your usages you will get your ammount back. So i said yes then they have taken request for cancellation and first message and mail i got from Airtel like saying as per your request we are proceding with cancellation so first thing i never requsted for cancellation it was Airtel which they were not able to give connection so only that option was remaining. So in last talk was like with your cancellation request you will get final bill details from Airtel Billing department and you will get your money back as i called 2-3 times to customer care did mail for also but i never got clear reply like what is my final bill and you will get any ammount form Airtel or not. Last two mail i send to Airtel about asking same thing and yesterday i got the mail saying reference no for mail is “56355356” and your service is stopped which is effective form 5th june 2015 and there is no excess amount reflecting in my airtel account. I am not sure on what basis they have come to this point but they have not provide me any bill details.

I just want to know about my final bill as i did payment for 6 month and i have done usages for 3 month only so what about my remaining amount. And As i mentioned above cancellation request was locked for Airtel End so how i am responsible for any your rule issue as it has not done from Airtel end only so they should give my money back.
