We have registered complaint about You Telecom Broadband internet not working on June 13 2015. From then till date the issue is not resolved nor any one has visited site to resolve issue. There had been around 20 complaints done. But, no one cared to look or resolve the issue.

There are 4 people who use internet to for earning. 1) Started earning through youtube video 2) Work from home. 3) Freelance and data entry job. A complete loss of 8 days. We would want the compensation for all 7 days to be provided which is close to 80,000 Indian rupees. Adding we have wasted around 1834 rupees on mobile by calling customer care to talk about issue.
