I’m deliberately being annoyed since I purchased videocon d2h satellite TV connection because I made a complaint of Uttar Pradesh Nodal Officer misconduct to corporate office of videocon. Earlier I was getting frequent signal termination problem in running condition of my TV Set.Now I’m getting regular unsolicited display of 11 figure digit and alphabet sequence as “IFMFHPPPKRQ” more than 20 times in a day for past a month.I have made many complaint to the service provider in writing and verbally but they didn’t take any proper action and put no effort to rectify it. I have asked from the service provider the detail of all the login ID activities on my customer ID Since my connection activation for making thorough inspection So I could caught the malicious activity. All this irritation is being done on the behest of Nodal Officer Of U.P. Since 6th March 2013. My “Customer ID” is – 90468270 Videocond2h Digital TV.

Service provider spoil our joy of digital HD Television for past two and half months.Made us frustrated by making us to complains again and again.Spend a lot of money in making telephones and Email from cyber cafes.They have ruin a lot of time of mine.We are fed up from their service.

Competent authorities of Service provider must made such nuisance activity to be stop.From Now on the authorities must made it certain that no signal termination and unsolicited display of digit and alphabet will take place and the service will be problem free in future. Authorities must find the culprit and punish them hard.So no consumer will face such malicious act. For my frustration service provider must give us compensation. I especially need all the activity details on my account.
