The unavailability of Videocon DTH service during rainy season, either at broadcasting end or at consumer end, the consumer suffers. The consumer pays for every second. The consumer must get that extended time in his credit as compensation for both cases as he is not receiving the service. It is for consumer benefit. Utilized time must be charged. Not for connection problems. It is the duty of service provider to ensure continuous service with the best technology. It applies to all providers.
