Sir i am using the service of Videocon DTH satlite Tv last three years bearing the customer no 23356830 and regularly paying the service charge of rs 300 per month. it is submitted that my remote control of Videocon DTH sateline TV has been damaged at 10 p.m. night on 8 july 2013. I made a complaint no. 175643686 dated 9 july at 8.45 am morning and the customer care executive of said company assured me to replace my remote after paying rs. 225 as service charges and i agreed to pay the sum of rs 225 but no body has come to my house to replace the said remote till 7 p.m. evening on 10 may 2013. again i made a complaint to customer care exuectiv where mr harish the superivisior of customer care exutive raised my urgent complaint no. 175643873 dated 10 july 2013 and assured my grivances shall be resolved till 9.08 am morning on 12 july 2013 but till today 13 july 2013 at 10.30 a.m. my videocon satlite tv is not working properly and i am facing problem.

it is requested kindly take action against Bharat bussiness channel services under the consumer protect act 1986 for the deficiency of service on the part of videocon service and impose the cost of rs 50000 thousand for damages and the legal action as per law
