Videocon DTH – Unfair / Wrong charges Levied

I have a videocon DTH connection id 101329170 I am located in kharghar mumbai .During the time of installation itself the guys charged extra Rs700(apart from installation charge of Rs 2300) for some filmsy reason.Three months back our reception totally stopped.We called Videocon Help and they sent a guy after 7 days and numerous reminder calls.The videocon guy charged us Rs 450/- and we were relieved .All of a sudden after 3 months we get a SMS from videocon that your service will be discontinued because of non payment of Rs 150/- .Subsequently they immediately charged rs 150/- from our account .Totally unfair and wrong charges levied on us .How come videocon realized after 3 months that we have not paid Rs 150/-. I talked to the customer service executive on 07355873558 and he informed that videocon D2H will charge Rs 150/- in three months for all our life even though we wont be availing their services.This policy was never mentioned at time of purchase and is misleading and stealing of consumers hard earned money on misleading ground

We want to be relieved from this extra service charge of Rs 150/- per month and our already deducted money of Rs 150/- should be returned to our account our will be forced to changer D2H provider and incur heavy losses.
