Purchased One 32″ Videocon LCD TV from Kuruvithadam Agencies, Ravipuram, Ernakulam Vide invoice No.RR12-2195 dated 29/09/2012. The product became non functioning from 23/03/2013. Complaint registered before the Videocon service centre, Ernakulam Vide reg. No.COC2603166 on 26/06/2013. The firm demanded Rs.4200/- towards service charges, violating warranty conditions. Product is unserviced till date hence the complaint.
