Samsung new Air Conditioner Not Working – Replacement Required

I want to draw your attention that we want to replace the Split A/c which we have purchased on 12.05.2013 form our Local authorized dealer. Only after one week we faced problem regarding working of A/c, so we lodged complaint with our Local dealer Ref no-8453573432 dtd 21.05.2013, which has not been resolved till now. We also lodged a online complaint on 05.06.2013 vide Ref No-8453573432 which is still pending at your side. We also wants to draw your attention that our local dealers are not so cooperative as what we have expected from a Prestigious company like SAMSUNG which is known as holding top position in manufacturing of home appliances in world. Six visits have already been conducted from your technical support and they have changed almost all the parts like compressor, PVP plate , stabilizer, wire connected to A/c and now person informed us that Gas has leaked in very new A/c. We have invested 36,500/- to get comfort not for pain, but we suffered a lot mentally and physically during this chilly hot season. Two of our family member already admitted in hospital. Now we are requesting to replace the A/C or refund the amount with interest @ 24% since first complaint lodged ie 21.05.2013. I already contacted to customer care, local service center on no 9918901867, authorised dealer more than 50 times to resolve the issue but nothing has done from company. You are requested to resolve our complaint as soon as possible.
