unwanted caller tune activated on my number and deduct charge from it rs. 30 there after i comlaint about this deduction to videocon customer care and they assure me to refund my money and then i disconnect my phone there after another deduction of rs. 15 has been done. so now i want fare judgment amount my complaint and refund my money with penalty applicable on company

there is deduction in my balance of rs (45) after first recharge in the today morning(16/8/14) and its disturb me mentally
