I am using Videocon prepaid no 9653XX0818 for more than Two years. I recharged my no with special recharge of Rs 36 on Dec12, 2014 which gives discounted call rate when we call across Canada. I called to three numbers on December 21, 2014 which belonged to Canada. For the first two numbers, I was charged at discounted rate which is 30 paisa per minute but for the third number I was charged at Rs 10 / minute. The last number I called was 0012509645550 which is a landlines number belonging to Prince George, Canada. About Rs 220 deducted for this call. Since then I am calling Videocon customer support to rectify this mistake but they are not listening saying that as per their systems, the number belongs to USA which is pretty much wrong. I have even mailed three times to 121@videocon.com but I have not got any responses from there. Even my call to appellate authority has not yielded any results.

They should refund my balance and yes rectify their systems as well.
