Videocon Tablet Under Warranty Not Repaired

I have given my Videocon TAB for repair on 19/01/2015 as the screen of my TAB was broken. But since then the dealer and the company executive are not at all responding for any of the quires regarding the issue for repair.But the dealer and the executive had promised my to give my TAB within 30 days or will provide me a new TAB / Mobile of same cost. As I visited several times to the dealer but there is no response. As i requested them to give my TAB at the earliest but they are just telling that there is no material and company is not responsible for any of the above but my TAB is still under warranty. I want my TAB repaired / replaced or give me a new mobile of the same cost as promised by the Executive of the company at the earliest.
