Vodafone Post-Paid Wrong Billing Not Rectified

I am a postpaid customer of Vodafone and my mobile no. is 983XX1063. In my December 2014 bill Rs.99.00 was wrongly debited as download charge and again in the Month of Jan 2015 & Feb2015 bill Rs.79.00(30+49) and Rs.148.00(99+49) respectively were wrongly charged as download charges. I have not downloaded anything and these download charge are wrongly appeared in my bill. After many follow up vodafone has refunded Rs.99 charged in the month of December 2014. Regarding refund of Rs.79 and Rs.148 they are showing their inability to refund. I have asked regarding the details of download but they are not able to provide the same. I have taken Internet Pack and in case I use over and above the limit they charge separately for the additional usage. In December 2014 and February 2014 bills I have not crossed the cap of Internet pack. In January 2015, I have used more than the cap as per my Internet pack and they have charged accordingly and I have nothing to say about it. Apart from that they have charge separately as download charge which is wrongly debited in my bill in both the months. First i have made complaint to their customer care at vodafonecare.kol@vodafone.com but they express their inability to refund by saying it is a genuine charge then i made a complaint to their appellate authority at appellate.kol@vodafone.com and they have also expressed their inability to refund the same.

Kindly arrange for refund the wrongly debited downloading charge of Rs.227 in my bill.
