We bought new Videocon Washing Machine,from the starting dyer was giving problems. Atleast we have registered 8-9 times about the complaint of the dyer.neither the dryer was replaced not the machine and nor the dryer works properly.now it year subscription is getting over but still till is giving problems.

The damage is of the electric shock which we have got once,the machine is damaged due to repeated opening and smell is also there when we use it.the major problem is in washing clothes because it is creating lots of difficulty.even time wastage is also too much.

We want the dyer to be replaced or the machine.if so doesnt happen take the machine and pay the amount back.
