Vodafone Case of Excess Billing – Review

I have taken a Corporate connection fron Vodafone Karnataka in Axis CUG group in the month of December and Subsequently in the month of march one more Connection was also given to on my colleague in the same CUG group where in this case my calls for that particular group would be free as told by the sales team who provided the connection,but it happened to that Vodafone people due to there carelessness they have kept on charging me the amount for dialing in the particular local CUG number and when i found that and tried to contact the service provider they are not taking any complaint and saying the charges are valid.Sometimes they say that we will check in a day and inform but they don’t even bother to call back.

Easily around 1750 INR has been charged in the last two months and before that I couldn’t find out the exact details from the bills as differentiating between the normal and CUG was difficult for me.Not only economical the way the customer care executives spoke to me or responded was reckless as if they are paying my monthly bill or providing free service.They dont even have the consent of apologizing the customer and they are not ready to give any complaint or reference number i found this mistake on april 5th and from then I had to waste a lot of time and money calling the agent,CC num and there 9886166958 some billing dept in vodafone Karnataka

I want them to penalized as poor service even after collecting 14% service tax on every bill and not even ready to admit the mistake of wrong billing
