Respected Sir,

I am a patient of a Buccal Mucosa recurrent (POST OP) – (Cancer) and I was hospitalized from 04-11-2016 To 19-11-2016 and for which cash less was approved. Consequence upon my operation attending doctor has advised me for Radiotherapy and same was taken by me. For same post-hospitalization treatment, I submitted claim on 08-02-2017 to VIPUL Medcorp TPA Pvt. Ltd. since more than One & Half month have been passed, I heard nothing from ‘TPA’ Vipul Medcorp.

Sir, I am from lower class family and only a earning person. I am in very much need of my money as I have taken loan from my friends & relatives, for said treatment.

I humbly request you to look in to the matter and do the needful at the earlist.
