I had placed an order of Rakhi online (Order ID VR536662) from this website on 5th Aug, after talking to their executive on phone and he confirming that the rakhi will reach Singapore, where my brother stays, by 9th Aug. Based on his assurance, I placed an order. I bought a gift hamper of Rs 1720, which, in the Indian market if we buy and courier ourselves, will be half the price. SInce I was running out of options I placed the order from this website. It is 12th Aug, and still the rakhi has not reached my brother. I have called up the contact no they have published on their website, there is no executive to receive the call. The automated system says we have noted your no. and we will call you back. Its been 3 days, I call up everyday and same response, but I have not got a call back from them. I have also filled up the feedback form on their website more than once but there is no action. I want the license of this website to be cancelled, hoping that you will take this up and do some action on this.
I have paid Rs 1720 for a Rakhi, Lumba and some chocolates, which will be less than half price if I buy directly form the market and courier myself. Secondly, its more of an emotional damage, playing with my sentiments. Rakhi not reaching your brother on time – you can imagine the damage yourself
