Since last one year I am requesting VLCC team to refund my money as they are not able to provide the Laser services in Bhopal, which they assured during first meeting that customer can avail the laser services in any part of India. I also suggested to avail the laser services in nearby city of Bhopal but VLCC team communicated that they have not laser facility in any center near by Bhopal city. I need full refund as they provided me only one laser sitting at Mumbai. Due to discontinuation of services I also suffered the skin problem.
Since last one year VLCC team assuring me that they will transfer the amount (verbally) so I did not availed the services from other center/agency also which really disturbed me not only mentally but also the physically (Skin problem).
