Sir/ Madam I had joined the tummy tuck programme at VLCC, Pusa Road almost 20 days back. I was charged Rs. 15,000/- (app.) for 10 tummy tucks and one V-Tron and was promised 3-4 inches loss from the tummy and subsequent loss of 2 to 3kgs. I have already been given 5 sessions of tummy tuck therapy and one session of V-tron. But to my disappointment, there has not been an inch loss of even one inch and no reduction in weight either. I am shocked to see that such a renowned slimming centre is not able to fulfill its commitment. I sincerely hope that my grievance would soon be resolved and I shall be saved from taking the matter to the higher level. Kindly acknowledge my complaint. Preeti 995XXX5752
