Vodafone 3G Balance Deduction Without Consumer Consent

Hi There, I have heard about consumer care that this organization is helps people who gets unsatisfied with services, products, etc. and also read the examples of solved cases. So that i come to you with my complain about the problem i faced this days which is explained briefly below. I had internet package subscribed from 27th-May-2013, plan contained 1GB free data. Than i got message on 13th June that I have left with 20% of my uses allowance. And than suddenly on 16th June when I turned of my mobile data I got another message contained that 250 Rs. deduct from my core balance. As i am belongs to middle class who can not afford that. Added, Between 13th to 16th I didn’t get any message that says ” Your free data uses is finish now. do you want to continue?” They assumed that I want to use more internet and they deduct that much amount of money from my account. When I went to customer care they wrote the complain on 17th June and said you will get call until 20th June and i got the call on 20th June from customer care saying that we are sorry but we can not refund you as we have send you message when your free uses are finish but actually I didn’t get any message and after saying that he put my call on hold for while and than he disconnect without saying anything. When I went to customer care they said like we send messages on to postpaid customers, I just want to know if we are not postpaid customer then are we not paying money for what we use? We do pay money too for whatever we use. Hope to hear from you very satisfied answer and hope one middle class man will get his Justice for what he have been through.

I do not want anything because they wont be able to change my last 4-5 days as that are gone. So at-least i can accept anything equivalent to that.
