Myself amit rajput, living in ghuma area of ahmedabad city. i have subscribed to vodafone 899 rental postpaid plan. since February i have regular issues regarding network. the plan which i have taken is for 3g data service. but in this particular area they have weak coverage as certified by their network engg who came for visit. also i faced regular all drops leaving me very frustrated. despite regularly paying bills and raising issues with the authorities for several months i got no support from their end.they offered sub standard service and i had to pay complete bill.
i want action to be taken against vodafone for hiding facts and misleading consumers. despite knowing the fact that they do not have sufficient coverage in this area (bopal, ghuma) they offer postpaid plans and charge high rates for substandard service.i want the money paid by me as bills to be refunded as vodafone has noy delivered what they promised.
