Yash Automobile – Honda Shine bike not delivered

I have booked Honda Shine from “Yash Automobile” Pune on 12 Apr 2015.I went to dealers place on 24 Apr 2015 and paid Rs. 50,000 by DD. When I have asked for delivery of Vehicle, Dealer said stock is not available .After 7 days I called dealer for delivery status. Dealer has given the same answer, hence I called customer care of Honda two wheeler (call center number -18001033434) on 2nd May. I have raised a complaint (Complaint no. 267015) regarding bike delivery. Call center executive told me that we will resolve the issue within 4-5 working days. I am regularly checking with Honda customer care regarding delivery issue. I have spoken with 5-6 times including some senior regarding this issue. But till now issue yet not resolved.
