I have purchased online xoami Mi4i mobile from Flipkart e-commerce site. I have done some purchases on the same site in past. However, this time they have sold me defective mobile which is overheating. on my complaints they are not willing to exchange with other product (by me paying difference of amount) or refunding. they have only replaced the product after much persuasion. this product is also has the same problem overheating… I cant talk its get overheated after 10 minuets of usage

I want either exchange of with other product (difference of amount if any I will pay) or I need refund of my amount Rs. 12999
