Hi, I had travelled on 24th January, 2015 and made flight booking through makemytrip. There was a change in class by Airline Jet Airways. They provided refund voucher of Rs.1732/- to be giving directly by make my trip as a refund amount only. I have still not received my refund my amount and it has also caused me financial and mental damages. This is my second complaint regarding this issue. booking ID = NF7907048665784

Due to this I have incurred damages amounting to 6000/- Rs. on fuel and telephone expenses. I have traveled at least 12 times to make my trip office in Hyderabad but every time they asked to contact customer care.
