i have ordered forBLACK FORMAL SHOES with one pair free of rs.499/- from shopclues.com on 09/04/2015. They delivered this item me on 21/04/2015.But after delivery i found that shoes are not proper and fit in my legs, so i had requested for refund.They approved my return request on 25/04/2015 and said that our courier partner will contact me for pick up this shoes within 6-7 days. After my frequent follow up of 24 days till date they still hasn’t sent any courier for pick up this product and havent refund my money ! so how can i now get my money refund ?
