Vodafone 3G Excess Billing – Customer Care

I had requested to closure my vodafone 3G data connection(no.97391XX554) on 21/11/2014 and again on 23/11/2014 & 27/11/2014. The request in this regard was made to customer care who in turn directed me to send request by email to corpcare.kar@vodafone.com. I am attaching the abovesaid email copies herewith. After these requests when I checked my connection on 1st January, it was disabled. Despite this the company has sent me the bill amounting to Rs.842/-) for the month of December.(copy of bill attached herewith). I requested the customer care no.198 to cancel the dec. bill on 06/01/2015. To this I was directed to send email request to cancel the bill. This email is also attached herewith and I have recorded this call. Now an email sent by vodafone informs that charges for december are valid and my connection was suspended only on 14/01/2015. All this means that i have been harrassed by the company all these days and have been forced to pay for the period when i did not use the connection( dec. bill mentions that data was never used).

I want the company to cancel the bills after december 2014 and confirm this by email.
