Vodafone 3G Gave Wrong Information at The Time of Purchase of Dongle

I recently purchased 3G dongle with plan of Rs.650 (number 9873921293), at the time of purchasing call center executive describe me offer: 3GB data on 3G speed after that 128-512 kbps speed on 2G. But after some time of uses I got only 64kbps then I call to customer care for this and I realize that I fooled by customer care executive, He cheated me. I am attaching you voice call recording.. I trusted on vodafone, so this guy fooled me easily, but 64kbps ?…. I cannot bear. Even after calling in your customer care, your executive told me that, You are wasting my time, So, I want that plan which is said to me at the time of purchasing or we can meet in consumer court with all evidences. For your information I registered a complain on vodafone : 2383431766, but their nodal office is also like useless in this matter.

I am a freelancer, I lost my project which was cost around 80000.
