I,Parveen Juneja have booked a package with Make mytrip.com for a tour from Delhi to srinagar,Srinangar to Gulmarg and back to Srinagar,for 10th October,2013(Departure) and return on 13th October,2013 and I have paid Rs.39,499.03 as full and final.But as my Itinerary drew close,there was no confirmation from the organiser (makeMytrip.com)and when I checked personally by phone calls to Gulmarg Hotel where the organiser has booked,we found out that the hotel is closed ,therefore I spoke to Mr.Shrikant Tomar and he said that an alternate arrangement would be provided but nothing was done and after that no answer to my mails and phone calls were given,My 25th marriage anniversary was on 11th October,2013 and this was to be a gift to my wife,which I was not able to give and subsequently had a loss of face.

As My 25th Marriage anniversary was on 11th October ,2013 and I have made this plan to be a gift to my wife and this has caused me a loss of face,agony and trauma,other than the monetary loss in arranging,marketing and shopping for the tour.

I demand Full refund with interest and harassment, mental trauma and agony that I have faced to be compensated monetarily as per the norms.
